Information about Binondo Church
It is a church located in Binondo District, Manila. It was founded by Dominican priests in 1596, to serve Chinese converts to Christianity. The original building was destroyed in 1762 by British bombing, and it was rebuilt on the same site in 1852, however it was badly damaged during World War II, as only the western facade and the octagonal tower remain.
