Benchasiri is the best of the gardens built in 1992 in downtown Bangkok, often referred to as the "Queen's Garden" since it was built to celebrate her 60th birthday. This garden contains many fine examples of Thai sculpture. This park follows a circular path centered around the large pond that is home to large fish and turtles surrounded by grasses and trees and sports facilities towards the back end of the park and the running track on the ocean, and features modern art sculptures spread around it.
