Bellavista is a stone-paved square, easily accessible from the main city square by climbing the stairs that lead to it through the clock tower. In neo-Byzantine style with Gothic and Romanesque details, along with other historic buildings, including an archive building, library, radio station, art gallery, pharmacy, a number of cafés and private buildings.
