The Beijing Museum of Natural History is one of the most famous museums specialized in natural history in the city. It was founded in 1959 AD and contains a huge collection of artifacts, fossils and structures belonging to rare animals such as dinosaurs. Its holdings amount to about 100,000 artifacts, where you can see the fossils of the oldest dinosaurs and rare reptiles.
