Bastiagüero Beach is an excellent quality beach, with enchanting views of the port and estuary of A Coruña. It is located between two rocky massifs covered with lush vegetation on the east side and a built-up area towards the west. It has a beautiful wooden promenade with a series of small wooden bridges that lead to the beach. The effects of tides are very noticeable on this beach, as its tide is slightly high compared to the rest of the city's beaches.
