One of the finest Rococo churches in North Tyrol, in Innsbruck, is the double-towered Wilten Parish. Built in 1755, the interior is decorated with exquisite frescoes, while the 14th-century sandstone altar rests. The church is located opposite the large church complex, which is an old monastery, which was founded in 1138 and has a distinctive Baroque character, built in 1695.
