Located directly across the main road to Bahla Fort, Bahla Market is part of the Bahla Oasis, covers an area of about 4,493 square metres, and includes a collection of 142 shops selling various local products, including household wares, herbs, spices, pottery, silver artifacts and other items. Traditionally handcrafted, the market was originally built using mud bricks, but some of its shops have recently been renovated, and are now partly made of concrete blocks.
