Miami Beach Architectural District, also known as Old Miami Beach Historic District, and by more popular term, Miami Art Deco District. It is a US Historic District designated as such on May 14, 1979, and is located in the South Beach neighborhood of Miami Beach. The area was well known as the area where the Italian fashion designer (Gianni Versace) lived. This area is famous for its amazing buildings with its unique architecture, it is amazing to walk around the area to see how it has changed from time to time and you will feel the energy and creativity in all aspects, in shopping, art, restaurants and hotels.
