The Armenistis Lighthouse is located in the northwestern part of the island above Cape Uncharted. It was decided to build the lighthouse when an English ship wrecked in the north of the island and lost 11 crew members, the lighthouse was built in 1891. The house next to the lighthouse contains many rooms that house the current lighthouse keepers and often their families.
