On the top floor of the elegant City Palace with its picturesque garden (16th-19th century) works by British artist Frank Brangwyn (1867-1956), Brangwyn was an artist and painter, as well as a designer of carpets, furniture and ceramics. The ground floor is a place for temporary plastic art exhibitions, as Englishman John Steinmetz donated when he died about 17,000 prints and drawings that he collected over the years of his life.
