From the moment you are in front of the museum, you will notice the creative architecture of the outer building, as you will be dazzled by the urban designs, inscriptions, decorations, statues and many innovative geometric shapes, in addition to the inner beauty of the building and the very spacious spaces that include within it a large group of exhibitions that reflect the ancient history of the city. The museum is located in a basement in the Grote Markt in Haarlem dedicated to the interest and preservation of the archaeological heritage in the Netherlands, and its exhibits include a large variety of old Dutch stones, a collection of antiques, pots, statues, models and skeletons belonging to great great personalities and many models of sand samples in them and multiple sites explaining a lot of Country information.
