Built in the 7th century, this ancient city of Rhodes contains the remains of a developed civilization dating back nearly 3,000 years. The city was built on three levels, on top of the hill was the Acropolis, with the temple of Athena and Wusta. The main settlement on the middle terrace was made up of a network of parallel streets and apartment blocks.
