This is probably the only place in the world where the paintings are displayed outdoors, with only a glass roof to protect them. It is full of old paintings from the Dutch Golden Age and is open to the public freely, and for free. You can see the paintings on display from masterpieces of art, there are group portraits of the citizens of Amsterdam and their wives, a fascinating document of Dutch civilization and culture from centuries ago. The museum is also one of the best places to take pictures with the displayed models and paintings. Do not miss to visit the unique exhibition.
