The first restaurant of the Al-Tazaj restaurant chain was opened in Makkah Al-Mukarramah in 1989 AD on Al-Aziziyah Street. The idea of establishing this great edifice was to provide young (23 days old) fresh chicken from Fakih Poultry Farms. It is worth noting that the broiler used in Al Tazaj restaurants is seasoned with a natural mixture of garlic, tomatoes, lemon, ginger and spices, and the broiler is grilled over charcoal, so they do not have a secret mixture. And the Al Tazaj restaurant chain has spread and expanded to cover the Middle East with more than 100 restaurants. The menu is full of many meals such as the broast meal, tikka, Arabic burger, shish tawook, kebab and many more. The service is excellent and the prices are very reasonable.
