Information about Ajman Castle
Agman Castle dates back to the seventeenth century, i.e. the late Renaissance, and was followed by a number of kings and noble families such as Angerburg and Widmannsstätten. A chapel was built in it in 1733 and contains a fresco on the altar wall by Franc Jelovšek. One of the most famous Slovenian painters of the 18th century, the palace has been renovated several times over the years and today houses the Ursulin Monastery.
