Ahmet Adnan Saigon Art Center is a gift from Izmir Metropolitan Municipality to the city, the fulfillment of a long-standing dream about art. This dream, which began with a project competition in 2000, came true in 2008. With a total area of 29,500 square meters, Ahmet Adnan Saigon Art Center is one of the most qualified art centers in Turkey, with a large hall with a capacity of 1130 people, a small hall with a capacity of 244 people, 5 exhibition halls and a suitable structure from the outside, this center is considered the best art center in Turkey in terms of technology and acoustics, and beside art performances, many rotating temporary exhibitions are held here, in which many paintings and works of a number of local artists are displayed.
