Bistro & Tapas Bar 13 was born out of the owners’ desire to incorporate the culinary techniques of Fuerteventura and Sardinia so that visitors can enjoy traditional recipes based on fresh and seasonal produce in a homely and informal environment, where its menu includes many vegetarian dishes such as Spanish potato omelette and fried goat cheese as well as Seafood dishes such as fish croquettes, salmon carpaccio and many other meat and chicken dishes.
