The town of Bluff is located at the base of Mount Prokletije and near the banks of the Lim River. It is believed that it was named after the Roman Emperor Flavius during the period of Roman rule. From all areas near and far, it has lakes with clear turquoise waters at varying heights (some of them reach 907 meters), amazing karst wells and wonderful waterfalls, in addition to attractions of a distinctive historical nature such as churches, mosques and ancient libraries, thanks to the diversity of civilizations that ran through its territory.
