Paderborn is a city in western Germany and is the capital of the province of Paderborn, as its name derives from the name of the Pader River. It is famous for containing the Romanesque Paderborn Cathedral, known for its large inscriptions and drawings of the Three Rabbits, a carved stone window in the nearby monastery.
