Nikšić is located at an altitude of 630 meters above sea level, and serves as a link between the countries of Montenegro and its many tourist destinations, in addition to having long traditions and a distinct culture, and it has been repeatedly destroyed and reconstructed each time to restore its beauty and antiquity. Nikšić includes one of the most beautiful squares in the country, with its origins dating back to the end of the nineteenth century AD, surrounded by wide streets and green areas. It is also famous for its picturesque artificial lake and charming nature, as well as hosting its own festival.
