The Costa Brava is a coastal region stretching from Barcelona to the French border, characterized by cute little towns and villages, rugged rocky coasts, mountain peaks, stunning beaches and charming turquoise coves, and is home to some of the country's best beaches, which may not be long and sweeping, but they are small and picturesque, surrounded by High cliffs and unique rock formations. Many of the Costa Brava's beaches can only be reached on foot, and you'll have to walk down steep coastal paths to find pebbly beaches bathed in clear blue water. The Costa Brava was given this name by the Catalan writer Ferran Agullo in 1908 and means "wild coast". This region is famous for attracting tourists from all over the world, thanks to the beauty of its nature, its calm and stability, and its provision of high-end services such as restaurants and luxury hotels. What makes it even more amazing is the Cami de Ronda strolling route, which allows tourists to see the entire beach and enjoy the beautiful bays.
