Thailand visa for Saudis: Conditions and requirements necessary to obtain a visa

To obtain an entry visa to Thailand for Saudi citizens, compliance with the following conditions and requirements is required:

The remaining period of validity of the passport must be more than 3 months when traveling to Arab countries, and more than 6 months for other countries,

Proof of vaccination or a letter from a doctor stating that you have recovered from COVID-19 within the past 180 days.

Saudi Arabia is one of the countries eligible for the visa exemption program when entering Thailand for tourism, thus allowing Saudis to reside in Thailand for 45 days!

From October 1, 2022 until March 31, 2023, travelers will be allowed to stay for 30 days or 45 days without prior approval for a Thai visa.

Passport: Your passport must be valid for a period of at least 6 months from the date of scheduled arrival in Thailand .

Visa Form: The visa application form must be filled out correctly and submitted at the Thai embassy or consulate or through the authorized travel agency.

Personal photographs: Two recent passport-sized photographs must be submitted.

Return ticket booking: A return ticket booking confirmation or travel ticket confirming your departure from Thailand must be provided at the end of the authorized period of stay.

Proof of Finance: You must provide proof of your finances to confirm your ability to cover the costs of travel and accommodation in Thailand. This may include a bank statement, employment certificate, or proof of personal income.

Hotel or accommodation reservation: A valid hotel reservation or proof of accommodation must be presented for the planned period of stay in Thailand .

Health Insurance: It is highly recommended to obtain comprehensive health insurance to cover your stay in Thailand.
