Shusha Island is one of the islands located within the NEOM project. Shusha Island is considered part of the coastal area of NEOM and is located in the northern part of the project. Facilities on Shusha Island
The island will include the world's largest coral garden, a port, hotels and resorts, villas, a beach club, an underwater museum, and a research center.
The floating port will have 43 boats and two aircraft piers, while hotels will range from a 200-meter standalone hotel with 300 keys to smaller boutique hotels with 60 to 70 keys.
