19 Jun 2023

If you want to check your access to the United States , it is necessary to be aware of the visa requirements. Obtaining a visa to the United States requires many requirements and documents that must be submitted to prove eligibility. However, thanks to the presence of opportunities and possibilities in the United States, the American authorities provide the opportunity to obtain an entry visa through an annual program known as the “random or competitive immigration program.”
What does the random immigration program provide for America?
The Random Immigration Program provides an opportunity for individuals to apply and register electronically to obtain a permanent “ Green Card ” in the United States of America.
Anyone who meets some simple and precise conditions is allowed to enroll in this program. Winners are chosen randomly through a computer-generated lottery, without human intervention. It gives the winners of this lottery the opportunity to work, study, and live permanently in the United States.
A green card gives its holder rights similar to those of American citizens, including the right to travel freely to and from the United States and to benefit from government services, education, health care, and Social Security.
Cardholders can also act as agents and hosts for their family members seeking a permanent immigrant visa. In addition, Green Card holders can apply for US citizenship without losing their original citizenship.
Random immigrant visa for this year:
An announcement has been made by the US Bureau of Consular Affairs that 55,000 free immigrant visas will be available in 2023 for eligible persons. Those wishing to register can begin the registration process for the program for the year 2023, starting from October 6, 2021, until November 9, 2021. Registration is done through the following sites: dvprogram.state.gov or dvlottery.state.gov .
It is important that you stop repeatedly registering in the program, as this will expose your file to complete cancellation and disqualification from the lottery.
We advise you not to delay submitting your application, as any application submitted after this specified period will not be considered.
