- Kuwaiti work permit issued by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor.

Application for a work visa in Kuwait
- The employer must apply for a work permit from the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour. He must also provide personal information to the employee concerned, a copy of his passport, and a no-objection certificate.
- Once the visa or work permit is received, the employer sends them to the employee, accompanied by a no-objection certificate.
- When the employee receives these documents, he must undergo a medical examination in his country. This examination must be done in a clinic recognized by the Kuwaiti Consulate.
- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will send a copy of the work permit to the Kuwaiti embassy in the employee’s country. The employer must also provide a copy of the employee's work permit.
