The National Events Center in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has released some details of the second season of the Jeddah Season 2022, which runs from the beginning of May until June, and it has been revealed that it is scheduled to include about 2,800 events across the Kingdom in nine designated regions. The Jeddah Season returns after a two-year hiatus due to the Covid-19 pandemic, which forced the Kingdom to suspend all events in order to preserve public safety.

Under the slogan “Our Sweet Days,” the 2022 Jeddah Season will present a schedule full of events that reflect the rich culture and heritage of Jeddah , as well as its growing status as a major regional tourist destination, and draw inspiration from the city’s coastal identity. 
Jeddah Season seeks to achieve the development and economic goals of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 by hosting attractive events in the fields of entertainment, sports, tourism and culture that add to the Kingdom’s thriving economy and society.
What do you expect from the 2022 Jeddah season?
The Jeddah Season will consist of nine different areas, including the Jeddah Superdome, Al Jawhara Stadium , Jeddah Forest, Jeddah Yacht Club, Jeddah Art Park, Jeddah Pier, Prince Majid Park , City Walk, and the Al Balad neighborhood designated for hosting various events.
According to the official statement issued by the local authorities, the Jeddah 2022 season will include notable events, including fireworks displays every night at the Jeddah Arts Walk, amazing K-Pop performances, a science festival, and a “Cirque du Soleil Fusion” performance designed exclusively for the Jeddah 2022 season which It will last for a month. Concerts and plays performed by Arab and international theater companies are also being planned, in addition to breathtaking performances by international artists. The “Jeddah Jungle” area will also include the largest zoo in the Kingdom, while the “City Walk” area will host a major comic event for animation fans. Moreover, a group of new restaurants, cafes and theme parks will be presented in the 2022 Jeddah Season, and as the authorities stated, the 2022 Jeddah Season will provide many job opportunities for those wishing to participate.
