This center is distinguished by its giant spherical vacuum dome and continuous roof, which is considered the largest in the world. The venue has the capacity to accommodate up to 35,000 people, making it an ideal place to host various events and exhibitions.
Objectives of the Jeddah Book Fair 2023:
The Jeddah Book Fair 2023 will be held within the framework of the “Book Fairs” initiative, which is one of the strategic initiatives of the Literature, Publishing and Translation Authority. This initiative seeks to expand the holding of book fairs in the Kingdom, as it began with the Medina Book Fair, then the Riyadh International Book Fair, and finally the Jeddah Fair, which will witness the participation of more than 600 local, Arab and international publishing houses. The exhibition offers a rich cultural program of diverse and interactive cultural and artistic activities and activities for reading lovers and various segments of society.
The exhibition's objectives also include:

- Organizing two conferences in Jeddah in conjunction with the exhibition, the first dealing with the field of digital publishing and the second the field of science fiction.
