Foreigner who owns real estate:
- A clear copy of the passport valid for more than 6 months, attaching the family information page or any additional information.
- A clear copy of the ID card.
- A clear copy of the certificate of good conduct.
- A clear copy of the ownership document for real estate with a value of no less than 200,000 BD.
- A clear copy of a health insurance certificate valid in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
- A clear copy of a six-month bank statement.
- A clear copy of the previous residency (for new applications).
- A health report proving that the applicant is free of infectious diseases (not more than 3 months from the date of submission).
Foreign talent:
- A clear copy of the passport valid for more than 6 months, attaching the family information page or any additional information.
- A clear copy of the certificate of good conduct.
- A clear copy of a certificate proving that the applicant belongs to the talented category (academics, athletes, entrepreneurs, inventors, artists and authors who have won international awards).

- A health report proving that the applicant is free of infectious diseases (not more than 3 months from the date of submission).
