The Czech border officer will decide whether you can enter the Czech Republic or not based on the documents you provide and the questions he asks. After you are allowed in, you get a stamp in your passport that allows you to enter the Czech Republic and then into the Schengen area.
Please ensure that your passport is stamped by the Czech border officer when you arrive in Czechia. If you do not obtain the stamp, you may be fined or detained in the Czech Republic.
