Saudis can travel to many countries without having to obtain a prior visa. Here is a list of some of the countries that Saudis can enter without a visa or with a visa on arrival:

Albania : Saudis can enter Albania for up to 90 days without needing a visa.

Serbia : Saudi citizens can enter Serbia for up to 90 days without a visa.
