Austria visa for Saudis

If you are traveling from Saudi Arabia to Austria , you are required to obtain an Austrian Schengen visa to enter Austrian territory.

You must complete all documents required for an Austria Schengen visa and translate them into German or English, and you must have the original copy of the documents as well.

9. Health insurance covering the travel period.
10. Invitation letter if available.
11. A bank statement showing the financial ability to cover travel costs.
12. A letter from the company showing salary and place of work if you are an employee.
13. If you are self-employed, you must provide documentation of the company or organization you own.
14. If you do not have any of the previous conditions, you must bring a sponsor who submits the documents mentioned in one of the previous conditions.

Steps to submit the application:

Visit the website and determine the purpose of your trip to Austria and choose a tourist visa.

Create a personal account.

Fill out the form, download it, print it and sign it.

Make an appointment to submit your Austria Schengen visa application at an application center near you (vfsglobal offices are the authorized offices).

Pay the Schengen visa fee.

Visit the vfsglobal center where you booked an appointment and make sure you have not forgotten any of the required documents to avoid application rejection.

Applications must be submitted in person at the designated center. When submitting an application, you may be asked to provide biometric data such as fingerprints. Children under 12 are not required to submit their fingerprints, but they do need to have a photo of their face taken if they are 5 or older.

Tourist visa price:

The price of a tourist visa is 80 euros (339 riyals) for adults, 40 euros (170 riyals) for children between 6 and 12 years old, and free for those under 6 years old. Holders of diplomatic passports are also exempt from visa fees. In addition to the visa fee, there is 169.49 Saudi riyals per application, which all applicants must pay.
