1. Access to “ Manage my booking ”:

- Go to the home page of the Flyadeal website.

- Click on “Manage my booking” there.

2. Fill out the required information:

- A new window will appear requiring you to enter some information.

- Enter your booking reference and last name.

3. Follow-up process:

- Click "Continue".

4. Select the flight to be modified:

- Details about your reservation will appear.

- Scroll down the page.

- Click "Change flights".

5. Choose a new travel time:

- Determine the appropriate time to travel again.

6. Payment of change fees:

- Follow the steps to pay the change fees and the flight price difference.

Add services to your reservation using the same previous steps:

1. Access to “ Manage my booking ”:

- Go to the home page of the Flyadeal website.

- Click on “Manage my reservation”.

2. Choose the required service:

-At the bottom of the “Manage my booking” page, you will find different options.

- Choose to add baggage, choose a meal, or submit a special assistance request.

3. Confirm addition:

- Select the service you want to add.

- Follow the necessary steps to complete the addition process.

4. Receiving a confirmation message:

- Once completed, you will receive a confirmation message on your email.

Changing the passenger's name in a private reservation:

1. Compliance with transportation conditions:

- According to flyadeal's conditions of carriage, changing the reservation from one passenger to another is not permitted.

2. Correcting the name:

- If the name is written incorrectly and does not match the personal ID, please follow the following steps:

- Send a copy of your ID with the correct name and your reservation reference via the form designated for this purpose .

Easily complete travel procedures:

1. Log in to your account:

- Log in to the Flyadeal website.

2. Issuing a boarding pass:

- Go to the travel check-in page .

- Enter your booking reference and last name, then click “Continue”.

3. Passenger identification:

- Select the passengers you wish to issue a boarding pass for, then click “Continue”.

4. Confirm details:

- Confirm the passenger details and click “Continue”.

5. Adding additional services:

- Choose whether you would like to add baggage to your booking and click Continue.

6. Seat selection:

- Choose your preferred seat and click “Continue”.

7. Receiving your boarding pass:

- You will receive a confirmation message to your email containing your boarding pass.

Conditions for canceling a Flyadeal reservation:

1. For Fly and Fly+ passengers:

- The right to change or cancel the flight 90 minutes before the scheduled time with payment of a fee.

2. For Flymax reservations:

- The trip can be canceled 7 days before its scheduled date and its value can be refunded with a future balance.
