Digital red card
The Red Card has gone digital and has been offering new and innovative services since December 9, 2021. All services can be used by cardholders easily with their smartphones, and the doors to connected attractions and entertainment activities will open via QR code. Basic services are free with this digital card, and there is a discount of at least 20 percent for so-called additional services. Plan your vacation with Red Card
Have you booked a stay with a host who will give you a free red card? Great, your holiday fun can begin soon! But how are things going now? Here you can learn more about planning your holiday with the Red Card:
1. Select the card host
Book a minimum of two nights with a card host or directly via the website hochschwarzwald.de/card.
2. Activate the red card
You will receive an email invitation from your host to complete the details of your stay.
This saves you time when checking in and gives you access to all the benefits of your Digital Red Card before you arrive.
3. Choose adventures
You will find your red card on the website mein.hochschwarzwald.de, and it will already include all basic services. If you wish, you can book additional individual services at a special price.
4. Discover the Black Forest
All your tickets are now available in one place. Each traveler receives their own QR code, and this opens the door to your own attractions and experiences in the Black Forest.
