Despite the natural and touristic importance of the Kirkovel mountain, the natural Kirkovelsvos waterfalls were able to pull the magic carpet from it, and with their breathtaking beauty, smooth rock formations and powerful rushing waters, these waterfalls managed to become one of the most beautiful natural areas in Iceland. The waterfalls pour their waters into a water lake that mediates between it and the mountain, and in winter it turns into an ice pool for skiing, where the surrounding mountains are covered in a charming and distinctive white color.
